About
I obtained a degree in Building Surveying before becoming fully qualified by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1989. I worked in central London for 10 years at a very difficult time in the industry, and then became self employed in 1996. I was given ‘Fellow’ status of the RICS in 2001.
Over the years I have worked for hundreds of private clients, dozens of commercial and educational clients, several firms of property managers and for some other organisations such as churches and scout groups.
Running my own firm has been rewarding and very busy for many years. I am now semi-retired, and I offer a reduced range of surveying services.
I concentrate now on the types of work that I enjoy the most, and hope that having more time allows me to offer a better service than ever.
